When we become REAL our energy flows more freely and we are better able to recognize, move and harmonize with grace and ease. We are no longer bound up in:
• limiting beliefs that come from reinforced experiences and teachings,
• serving the “me” only
• seeking and clinging to pleasures from objects in the material world
• disregarding and rejecting that which is different and unfamiliar
• seeing death as an end
